What is something unique that you would like the clients to know about you?
I'm a good listener and consultant at the same time and a professional working with all hair types. I am responsible for fulfilling the client's expectations to make sure my clients are comfortable and satisfied.

What is your favorite tip/hair secret you would like to share with clients?

My golden rule is to ensure the hair is healthy. For clients who get color and highlights, apply almond oil on their hair from mid-shaft to the end and massage before and after getting service. This will help you hair avoid becoming dry.

Maria

Training/Years of Experience/Special Certification:
I have had 20+ years of experience in the industry. I did an apprenticeship for three years when I started. I have Gold Well Color certifications and have worked with numerous color lines. I have taken classes in New York for certifications in cutting.  I have worked in Spa Salon services for the past 18 years

Stylist level:
Expert

What is Your Favorite Thing about being a Stylist?
My favorite part of being a stylist is how creative I get to be with hair coloring and cutting. I also love to see my client’s creative side come out, whether it be a simple change of color, a new haircut, or an entire transformation. I love being able to work together with my clients to reach their hair goals!

What is something unique that you would like the clients to know about you?
I can and will work with any type of hair. When I was training I learned how to cut, color, and blow-dry with curly, thick, and frizzy hair. I have been in the industry for many years and in that time believe that I have perfected my blondes, brunettes, and red heads.

What is your favorite tip/hair secret you would like to share with clients?
For dry scalp and frizzy hair, I suggest a combination of lemon juice and coconut oil that my clients apply to their scalp. You can also mix water and apple cider vinegar, and spray your hair to balance the PH in your hair while adding shine and to help with the frizz
