What is Your Favorite Thing about being a Stylist? 
I love everything about this ever-changing industry! There is no way to get bored in this profession! With new products, new techniques, and new styles and trends to keep up with, there is always something to learn. I also love the challenge of giving clients a hairstyle that caters to their specific lifestyle. Something that is stylish yet easy to manage. Something that not only looks good when they leave the salon but also when they are at home.

What is something unique that you would like the clients to know about you?
Over the years I have learned how to work with all hair types: long, short, men, women, and children’s hair. I am also known for working with what has been considered “difficult” hair such as curly, thick, fine/ thin, and straight hair. I also love doing hair for special occasions!

What is your favorite tip/hair secret you would like to share with clients?
It is often easier for clients to show a stylist what it is they are looking for, rather than trying to explain. So don’t be afraid to bring pictures to show me what you want. This way we can discuss how best to give you what you’re looking for while still keeping the style unique to you.

When I think about what I do as a hairstylist, my favorite opportunity is to create beautiful looking hair that allows a person’s inner beauty to shine through.

Always make sure to use a heat protectant when flat ironing or curling the hair.
